A combined “vacuum distillation – directional crystallization – zone refining” process with proprietary impurity-removal technology delivers stable 7N (99.99999%) purity at internationally leading quality. It is a core feedstock for InP single crystals and high-end infrared detectors, and key solder and packaging material for AI chips and 800G/1.6T high-speed optical modules. Phase-1 capacity is 10 t/year, with 20 t/year planned for phase 2.
