On March 16, the 2025 national joint campus spring recruitment launch and Million Talents to South Guangdong large comprehensive job fair were held in Guangzhou; 18 Shaoguan employers recruited, with posts for masters, doctors, and postdocs and top annual salaries over one million yuan.

To deepen mutual understanding between Shenzhen and Shaoguan enterprises and explore cooperation in new materials, Omat conducted a two-day study visit to Shenzhen on March 10-11, 2025, led by Shaoguan CPPCC Vice Chair Lu Chunyan.
